Rules for using Perimetrr accounts, workspaces, attendance and beta features.

About Perimetrr

Perimetrr provides workspace attendance tools. Contact support@perimetrr.com for service enquiries. Perimetrr is a trading name, not a representation that a limited company has been incorporated.

Authorized workplace use

You must have authority to create a workspace or organization and manage the staff information you provide. Keep invitations and account credentials secure. Do not impersonate another employee, claim another person’s staff profile, bypass access controls, falsify location or upload unlawful content. Organization access is limited to authorized workspaces; branch administration does not automatically grant company-wide access.

Employer responsibilities

Employers must notify staff, establish a lawful ground, restrict access, maintain accurate records, and set retention and deletion rules. Browser permission is not a substitute for an employee privacy notice or a data-processing agreement. Review disputed records with the employee before using them for payroll or disciplinary decisions.

Beta limitations

GPS and browser pairing are fallible. Clearing browser storage may require relinking. Offline attempts are not verified until the server accepts them. Provisional attendance is distinct from approved attendance. Availability, notifications and accuracy are not guaranteed. Keep an alternative attendance process during beta testing.

Accounts and payment

Keep account information accurate and report suspected misuse. Creating a workspace or organization does not purchase a subscription. Paid subscriptions require a separate checkout showing price, currency, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions before confirmation. See the Refund Policy. No payment authority is granted by accepting these terms.

Content, security and suspension

You retain rights in content you provide and must have permission to upload logos and staff information. Perimetrr may process it to deliver the requested service. Access may be restricted to protect security or address unlawful use; contact and a reasonable opportunity to resolve issues should be provided where practicable. Do not rely on the beta as the only copy of important records.

Your legal rights

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. Nigerian law is relevant to the operator; mandatory protections in other applicable jurisdictions are not waived. These terms need review against the operator’s final legal details and customer agreement before commercial use.
