Refund Policy

Payment, cancellation and refund rules for the Perimetrr beta.

Free beta and workspace setup

Creating a workspace or enterprise organization does not charge your card or activate a paid subscription. There is no charge to refund for free beta use. Do not send money to an individual or an unverified payment link claiming to activate Perimetrr.

Before paid checkout

A paid offer must show the total, actual charge currency, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, provider and refund conditions before you confirm. Listed USD prices are not an authorization to charge. A separate paid-sales policy must be approved and published when billing is implemented; this page does not invent a money-back guarantee or a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Incorrect or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, retain the transaction reference and contact support@perimetrr.com, the payment provider or your bank promptly. Never send a full card number, PIN, password or security code in a support request.

Mandatory rights

Applicable consumer rights remain intact. Nothing on this page limits a refund, remedy or cancellation right required by law. Changes to future paid offers must not retroactively remove rights for an earlier purchase.
