Contact us for volume pricing and a phased rollout. Discuss one organization agreement, consolidated billing and shared staff capacity—not a separate full-price subscription for every branch.
We agree capacity, expansion pricing and any rollout or dedicated-support costs upfront. Start with a branch pilot, validate your requirements, then expand region by region. Large-scale deployment is subject to technical and operational review.
For franchise networks, workspace access and billing follow the actual ownership structure. Sharing a brand does not automatically grant access to another operator’s staff data.
Create and confirm your administrator account, then set up a workspace or organization. Account setup does not charge you. A paid subscription starts only after confirmed payment, not when you select a plan here.
Will my card be charged in dollars?
Our listed prices are in USD. The checkout must show the actual charge currency and total before you confirm payment. If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees; a local-currency estimate is not a guaranteed card statement amount.
How does annual billing save me money?
Team is $99.50 per year instead of $119.40 across twelve monthly payments, saving $19.90. Enterprise is $299.50 per year instead of $359.40, saving $59.90. That is two months free, approximately 17% off. Annual billing is one payment for the year.
Who counts toward a staff limit?
Package allowances count active staff profiles. An administrator who only manages the workspace does not count; an administrator who also records attendance does. Archived staff do not count toward active capacity.
What if we need more staff or branches?
The Enterprise starting package includes three branches and 90 active staff shared across them, not a separate 30-person cap at each branch. A larger single workspace does not automatically need multi-branch oversight. Contact us about additional capacity. For larger networks, discuss a volume agreement with predictable expansion pricing and a phased rollout.
Is security different on Free?
No. Workspace and organization authorization are foundational, not paid extras. Browser pairing is a credential check, not proof of a physical device or person; location accuracy also depends on the browser and device.
